Start: Upper Parking Lot of Mt Vernon Rec Center – 2017 Belle View Blvd Alexandria, VA

Directions:
Driving: From I495, take Route 1 South – Richmond Hwy(exit 177A), turn Left onto Ft Hunt Road. Turn right onto Belle View Blvd. The park/rec center is at the corner of Ft Hunt and Belle View – enter parking lot via Belle View. Go to the upper most parking lot and look for wankers.
Metro: Closest station is Huntington Ave on the Yellow line. It’s about 1.5 miles away and accessible via bike lanes. However, there is a lot of track work going on over the weekend so plan accordingly. Probably best to take an uber or find a ride from a station further up the line??
Other Trail Deets: Dogs must be kept on leash. EVERYBODY should bring dry socks and shoes – if it continues to rain, everybody will get wet. A to A’. Short trail 2.5-3 miles, long trail 3.5-4.5.
