- Find a Bar: Find one near the end of trail willing to put up with 15-25 of your best friends all arriving at one time. When coordinating with a bar, you should discover if reservations are required or permitted or if any specials (food, alcoholic & soft drinks) are available for your hashing amigos. Many bars may offer happy hour prices. Giving the bar a call 15 mins before the circle end to warn ’em is a good idea.
- Try to avoid crowded bars: College football, March Madness, Parade locations
- Bag Vehicle: Even on A to A runs, identify a bag vehicle option for hashers that may not arrive by car. For A to B runs, you must supply a bag vehicle. Tell the Hare Razor if you or any of your co-hares don’t own a car.
