- If trail costs $6: As an alpha hare, you are expected to supply, at a minimum, enough beer for beer check (with a decent beer option) and end circle, and a few munchies. You will be reimbursed $5 for each hasher that shows up for your trail. That means that if you spend $500 on beer and munchies and only 10 hashers show for your trail, you will only be reimbursed $50. Please plan/communicate for your trails accordingly.
- If you charge $9: Same requirements as the $6 trail, plus the expectation that you will provide a hot meal and decent beer. You will be reimbursed $8 for each hasher that shows.
- Special Trails: DCH4 Mismanagement reserves the right to review special pricing for event trails. Please email dch4hashhouse@gmail.com to ensure your pricing will be permitted.
- General Beer/Snack Guidelines: Estimate 2+ 12-packs of beer for beer check and an additional 4+ 12-packs for end circle. For munchies, bags of chips, something sweet (cookies/chocolate), something healthy (bananas/dried fruits) are popular options. Always consider purchasing orange food.
