Cum celebrate Late Nite Drive Thru and Ass Spelunkers milestone hashiversary. Late Nites 20 years and Spelunkers 25 years of hashing. We will have food at the end (probably burgers and dogs).

Cost: 10 doll hairs (there will be food)

Details: Trail will be A-A. Runners about 3+ miles (but no more than 4 1/2) walkers, probably a bit shorter (maybe a couple miles).
As always bring dry shoes and clothes, and bug spray. And if you want something to sit on, bring those chairs.

Dog friendly: Yes

Stroller friendly: TBD (if not, there will be work arounds)

Parking: You can park across the street on Piney Branch rd or at Sligo Ave neighborhood park behind our house.

Theme: In honor of earth day and Mother Nature who gives us all the beautiful shiggy, we will spend the afternoon cleaning up the water way through Garret Forest. This area will look very familiar to those who did spike and Japan’s trail not too long ago.

The hair will provide not only beer and refreshments, but also gloves and trash bags. The only thing you need to bring is yourself and maybe some trash grabbers if you feel like using them.

Spring has sprung so let’s go explore Rock Creek! Runners will be treated with river crossings, beach sightings, urban shiggy, and trail shig. Walkers will have a pleasant suburban romp in the woods.

It’ll be a hot 85 degree day, so bring a bottle of water and change of shoes (runners).

Trail: A-A. It could be snowing, it might be 30 degrees, there may be mountains of snow. Who can plan a trail under these conditions? Let’s not huddle around drinking in the cold, and show some love to our local brewers and forgotten dives in the neglected part of the ‘Burg. You will walk, run, ski or sled 2.5 or 4 miles, and expect plenty of shiggy in the form of snow. Trail probably won’t be stroller friendly and dogs aren’t allowed inside of these fine drinking establishments.
