12 Down Downs of Hashmas
Where: Takoma Park Middle School (7611 Piney Branch Rd. Silver Spring, MD 20910)
When: Dec 29th @ 2pm
Hares: Late Nite Drive Thru and Ass Spelunker
Cost: $20
Metro: Closest metro to start is Takoma on the red line (3/4 mile from start)
Details: This is the 12 Down Downs of Hashmas. Trail will be A-A’. Dog and stroller friendly. No need for shiggy clothes. You will stay dry. Wear something festive. There will be one beer check and 11 shot checks. Trail will only be 2 or so miles. This is a walking trail singing Christmas carols.
On After: End Circle will be at Late Nite and Spelunker’s house (8010 Piney Branch Rd. Silver Spring, MD 20910) only a quarter mile from start.
On After details: We have two kegs: PBR and Harp. Crash space is available and is highly encouraged. There will be a lot of drinking. We don’t want you to drink and drive, so please crash if you get too drunk. On after is dog friendly (as long as they get along with other dogs). Keep in mind we have two dogs. You will get tons of food as well, so I hope you’re hungry.

Prelube starts at 3PM, Trail starts about 430PM.
Where: 5951 Franconia Road Alexandria, VA
Hares: PPV and Tour
Cost: $9 or $6 with a side dish
Directions: 
Metro: Take the Blue Line to Van Dorn Street Station.  Take Fairfax Connect Bus 109 or 322 to get you close by. Or walk the mile. Or arrange a ride.
Driving:  I495 to Van Dorn Street Exit.  Take a right off the exit ramp heading south on Van Dorn Street.  Take a right on Franconia Road. Limited parking at the start – park on VIlla Street (a block from the start).
Other trail info: A to A, come dressed as your favorite misfit toy or in an ugly sweater!  Hashmas Carols to be sung. We will burn shit!

Cost: $10 (There will be food).
 
Details: Wear something festive, this is a boozy stroll to the Mormon temple. There may be very little running involved. Enjoy the lights, they are amazing.
Location Details: The house is on the corner of East Bexhill and Old Spring Rd. The driveway is on East Bexhill Rd. Look for the waterfall down the front yard.

What: I’ll figure it out Saturday morning.  Show up and take your chances.  Bring a dry bag.  Runner and walker options. A to A.
Directions to start:  From the Beltway, take exit 23 Kenilworth Ave. North toward Greenbelt. Go about a half mile and turn right on Crescent Rd. at the light. Go about a mile and turn left on Gardenway at the stop sign. 2 Gardenway Unit S is on the right. Park and hash.  Don’t step on the flowers.  Prelube and on-after is walking distance from start in Roosevelt Center.

EWH3, WH4, and DCH4 have tightly enmeshed our three foul kennels to bring you the First Anal Turducken Trifuckta Brew Crew Leap Frog Let’s Get Basted! Trail!! Saturday, 11/24, come on out at 3pm for four (4!) beer checks to forget all about the quality family time you just endured. So, stumble off your airplane from Dulles or National, throw your luggage in a bush somewhere, and enjoy top flight brew crew hospitality as Scrotal Recall (EWH3 beer van) and Beer Force One (WH4 beer van) leap frog across beer checks to get you properly lewbed up by sundown (or, I guess we could, you know, put your luggage in one of the vans if we have to). 
 
When: 3pm, November 24th, 2018

DCH4 Trail# 2030 – 11/17/18 @ 3pm – BASH and Hash Trail

What: Hash on foot or bike! Twice the idiocy for one low price. There will be some sort of DCH4 HASH trail. The BASH trail will be 10-15 miles. Everyone is On OUT at same time.
Where: The park at the intersection of University Research Ct. and River Rd in College Park (GPS Coordinates 38.969641, -76.923647)
Hare: Anycock and ECDC
Time: 3pm
Cost: $6
Details: Both the BASH and hash are on out at same time. Trail will be either A-A or A-A’. BASH is wholly paved. Wear a helmet, reflective stuff, have lights, be sort of sensible with some roads. There will be beer checks. All bikes suitable. Bash is about 14 miles. If you wanna BASH and don’t have a bike then you can use those rent a bikes you see on the corner.
The  Bash and hash share a small amount of trail. However Runners that want a long-ass pavement run can be provided with cutoffs on bash trail and have at it.

November Spawned a Monster Trail

Hares: Per View and any volunteers (hopefully other November Birthdays)

Start: Upper Parking Lot of Mt Vernon Rec Center – 2017 Belle View Blvd Alexandria, VA

Cost: $6

Directions:

Driving: From I495, take Route 1 South – Richmond Hwy(exit 177A), turn Left onto Ft Hunt Road. Turn right onto Belle View Blvd. The park/rec center is at the corner of Ft Hunt and Belle View – enter parking lot via Belle View. Go to the upper most parking lot and look for wankers.

Metro: Closest station is Huntington Ave on the Yellow line. It’s about 1.5 miles away and accessible via bike lanes. However, there is a lot of track work going on over the weekend so plan accordingly. Probably best to take an uber or find a ride from a station further up the line??

Other Trail Deets: Dogs must be kept on leash. EVERYBODY should bring dry socks and shoes – if it continues to rain, everybody will get wet. A to A’. Short trail 2.5-3 miles, long trail 3.5-4.5.

It’s Brewmball baby (Just like Ice Hockey, but without the skates). Nothing is more entertaining then watching a bunch of drunk Hashers running on the ice. So bring those hockey jerseys come on out and play, or watch DCH4 and WH4 co-host it’s first ever Broomball.

Start: Medstar Capitals Iceplex (627 N. Glebe rd. Arlington VA)
Hares: Apparently Pregnant, maybe others
Cost: $6 – Hash only, $15 – Broomball only, $20 – Both
Time: 3pm – Hash, 6pm – Broomball
Metro: Closest metro is Ballston about a half mile away.
Trail Details: Trail will be A-A’ or A-B. There will be a bag vehicle present. Trail is Stroller and dog friendly. There is some water on trail, but it’s avoided. I would still bring a dry bag just in case.
On After: Brewmball baby (627 N Glebe rd. Arlington, Va)
On After details: I was told to bring cranium gear if you plan on playing Broomball, your $15 will provide your broom. It’s an ice rink, therefore it’s probably cold, especially if your spectating, bring something warm. DOGS NOT ALLOWED AT ON AFTER!
